I am very proud to announce that we have just reached another milestone, we now have:
MORE THAN 2,000,000 PEDIGREES ON GREYHOUND-DATA!!!!!
A big thank you must go to all our members for entering their dogs as well as our team who spend many, many hours entering dogs and working with our pedigree database.
I would also like to thank Gunnar, Anja and Holger von Boehn for giving us all the platform to enter our dogs - Greyhound-Data.

I would agree. GData has been very helpful when it comes to looking up breeding etc etc.

My word, it is quite unbelievable how GD has transformed access to greyhound pedigrees and subsequently the art of greyhound breeding.
I remember like it was only yesterday how we used to have to apply (and pay) to the Stud Book to get an extended pedigree. Equally I can recall having to pore through volumes of the Stud Book to put together pedigrees etc.
Greyhound Data I salute you!

I thought I'd share a tip which I was unaware of until last night. After hours of trawling through pedigrees of various US sires that have been used in AUS looking for AUS pups I didnt realize I could just click the red/land and it will bring up offspring in land alphabetical order. LOL just in case someone else wasn't aware and were wasting time looking, it makes it easy. Cheers

Thanks Daryl for your support mate the team do a fantastic job. Simon thank you for sharing the tip!
We are currently working on a new project which should be finished soon. We are creating a memorial page for all greyhound people who have passed on. It will allow anyone to put up tributes, photos, videos and stories of the people who have helped shape the sport we have today.
Greyhound-Data get emails from around the world asking if we knew of their grandfather or family member who used to have dogs so we are hoping these records will be able to tell a story of who the person was, what dogs he trained, adopted, bred or owned.
Paying tribute to those that have left us is the least we do.
