Hi Tony, I recently tried to access my race bitch,s profile to attached an R.I.P as she passed away suddenly just a couple of days ago but found access blocked.over the past few years ive been a paid and non paid member, i have no issue becoming a paid member again but find it frustrating having to pay to access my own dogs profile.

What's the process now for getting pups added ?
I've emailed twice to have a pair of pups added, Including sire, dam, date of whelping, breeders name, earmarkings, GSB registration number, etc but nothing is added.

Tony, I've emailed the details for a 3rd time but the dogs have still not been added.
I'm fully supportive of the stance GD are taking but if it's going to work the team has to follow the procedures put in place and add dogs when the information is emailed to the addresses provided.

Hi Mark, you have 2 email addresses registered with us and I have just searched through all my emails and cannot find us receiving any emails from either address so I am not sure what is going on.
