High Eden Snow steps out with the big guns and flogs them.
Beat Worm Burner and ran past Mrs.Bubbles which not many can do.

Super animal.

Super animal.

From box 8 too and covered more ground than Bourke and Wills.

He sure is a top pup. Can run quick early and is strong. Who knows what he could do.

I think of the young dogs around be hard not to have him and big flood in the top 10. To think that is from banjo's first crop is very exciting and there are a few others loitering around that are pretty fair.

Will update on latest bitches soon too. Some very good breeders putting some good bitches to him following the successful Nics that are clearly working.

Oh banjo bomber just won at sandown. That was nice. Still want to see him run what he trials but hey happy with that. Night.

Yeh that litter is a really great example of the dog.

Of his first twenty litters I think only one bitch had previously thrown a city winner, and that was in a very moderate time.

lil miss banjo's mum threw stuff all to mantra lad and collision and now she and starlight Jill in particular are going great.

Well done Bernard.

3 city winners, 2 different states. Pretty good for only a dozen or so litters racing

well we see Big Flood having his first city start tonight at Sandown at $1.50

tonights field are no slouches with real pace from the outside brigade in Allen Indy/Flyrite & some real strength around him on the inside, so if he happens to get the chocolates tonight it will be well deserved for him and his sire.

i realise he wont be the first Banjo pup to win in town, but he is probably one of the highest profiled Banjo pups racing.

Wong Size Suzie whelped 9 beautiful Banjo Boy puppies yesterday. Five dogs and four bitches. Mum and puppies doing well despite the heat - better than their two legged mum. Here I was though expecting some coloured puppies and Lucy delivered 5 black and 4 blue - damn.

Sure was Mick. And to my eye for such a young dog having his first start I can see at least four lengths in him from last nights run. Have no doubt he will be a sub 29.20 dog there. So it was a big pass for me.

Well done Cynthia. Beautiful litter.

Just an update on the latest bitches. last year was a tough year for breeders we all know that. Wasn't big for numbers, but it seems that the dog has attracted the eye of regular breeders and has certainly got some better credentialed broodies now which I think will hold him in really good sted over the next 12 - 18 months.

these bitches are tapping into nics that are working and more are proven in producing city and group performers which many of his early bitches weren't.

From a stud dog perspective I think it is important to keep continuity and new dogs coming along otherwise you get forgotten. And that is pretty tough these days.

Some examples:

Redskin - mother of star torana and others and brings in black shiraz blood.
Maverick Bomber, I really liked this mating and brings in solve the puzzle cross.
As it goes, mother of he's loaded silver chief finalist.
Aeroplane Becky, sister of Aeroplane tommy and Aeroplane bob from a good dam line with Bekim Bale as dam sire.
Tifia - quality runner, brings in light of fire and black shiraz and dam tifi produced double twist.
Tifi for me - as above less light of fire.
Banjo Bewdy - city class performer.
Porky teller, brings in BL, Solve the Puzzle cross and black shiraz.
Cawbourne BUgsy, hondo black and light of fire cross.
Something Blue, dam of a very promising young litter with Light of fire through collision.
Vegas Secrets, out of Cindeen Shelby.
Hope to Salute, proven to throw animals with ability and with KST cross.
Gimme range, another collision bitch bringing in Light of fire cross.
Set her again, repeat mating.

For me this is extremely exciting. I know there will be some good animals come out of these litters as many follow the nics of black shiraz, light of fire, where's pedro and solve the puzzle that really seem to be working.

18.60 up the back very impressive. He should get stronger too. Be interesting to see what he runs on a good track getting the start right like he did tonight.

Great stuff des and all the boys in him. Enjoy it.

Big Flood took huge step up tonight with a fast early section, a couple of Group dog mid race sectionals and really good overall time. Absolutely nailed it.

I didn't think there was much wrong with the track Andrew, most of the ones I looked at ran fairly consistent times throughout the nite imo.

Top stuff Banjo Boy !

just remember James. We are really trying to incentivise breeders.

0 - 2 pups money back less ten percent or free return.
3 or 4 pups free frozen.

It's tough enough for breeders and owners and we think all stud dogs should offer this.

Banjo is going to have a big future at stud.

imo prob the best priced stud dog out there by far. Wait to this boy starts getting some quality bitches who have thrown city winners, grp dogs.

It's hard to imagine the quality of pups Banjo has produced with the bitches he has served.

Good luck in the future Andrew your boy is going places :)

Thanks Andrew, that's certainly a fantastic incentive! I'll be sending my bitch over to Victoria in the next couple of months to Superman Lodge, I'll send you a txt to arrange everything once she arrives over. Looking forward to using Banjo Boy for her first litter.
