We had a litter of Fabregas whelped last night. 10 pups in all, 6 boys and 4 girls, all black in colour.
A big thanks to Ian and Kerry Hoggan as always for doing the hard work through the night while the rest of us slept, she started at 8pm and finished early this morning so I'm sure all concerned are buggered!
All doing well at this stage but obviously early days.

Yeah mate this girl had 6 and 7 her last 2 litters so it was a bit of a surprise when she had that many......but I'll take it! Haha Happy with the mix of dogs and bitches too.
Good luck with yours as well, nicely bred bitch and she could gallop.

Thanks to Paul Westerveld for his assistance in arranging the vial for us.
For those with FABREGAS pups to date, any comments or opinions on their experiences with them so far would be appreciated!

Cheers for the reply, Steve.
And I absolutely agree regarding 'Westy'; he does all his team of stud dogs proud!
The legginess was a comment I'd also heard with another Fabregas litter, which I'm hoping comes through into our puppies too.

Mine are coming up to 10 months and are beautiful big pups, couldn't be happier with them to this stage and very keen to get them to break in.

I just finished breaking mine in it was his first mating and there is some fast one's in there BUT the mother was VERY fast too and its her first litter also so I couldn't tell you if he is the reason or she is the reason ( or maybe a combination of both ) why they broke in good. Anyway ill tell you in 6 months when they are racing over 500 in 8 dog fields if they are any good. Hope this helps

Terrific breeding in both sides of the pedigree Braden and both combined beautifully into that litter. No surprise you have some quick ones at this stage. Hope they kick on for you. The bitch had pretty good form in nz as well as here.

Braden, the word I've heard around is that he really seems to inject fire (and probably chase) into his pups, did you find the report was they were easy to break in during education?
