Beef $7.50 per kg. Only because my fussy bitch won't eat anything else but prime beef.

Roos are everywhere, processers aren't. I have just recently killed one of my bulls worked out to $1.97 a kilo for 360 kg. Different grades of Roo different prices. Forequarter bone in will be cheapest Then Pet grade Then Human consumption which is dearer than beef
